Here’s how refunds work:

You have 30 days from the day your full-sized product is delivered to open it, try it, and request a refund if you don’t end up loving it.

Simply email the Truvani team at [email protected] with the subject line REFUND REQUEST.

This is our promise to you because we’re THAT confident in the taste and quality of our products.

Please note: this guarantee applies only to first-time purchases, of a specific product, and refunds must be approved. If a refund request is approved, it does not include shipping and handling fees should we require or approve a return.

**We may require that product be sent back. Once the refund request is made via email our support team will include instructions on how to return the items. We do not provide shipping labels or cover return costs on approved returns.
