Can I get a refund on a subscription (rebill) order, or does the refund policy only apply to my first order?Updated 6 hours ago
No, rebills are not eligible for a refund or return.
Here's why:
1. Our goal is always transparency and choice. We proactively provide clear, conspicuous disclosures at every stage of the purchasing process so customers can choose the exact buying model they prefer. If you want auto-ship, that is always the default, but if you do not want auto-ship (a monthly subscription), that option is in bold under the auto-ship option on every product page.
It looks like this:
2. Second, in case you miss selecting NO AUTOSHIP on our product pages, we let you know on each and every order confirmation email, starting with your very first one, giving you your first 30 day heads up about the monthly subscription. That looks like this:
3. Third, on the checkout page before any payment is made, there's another indication that a product is about to enroll in the autoship options and not a one time order. That looks like this:
4. And, last, but not least, we always send an email notification of any upcoming autoship orders 2-3 days prior to the order date. This goes out to any subscriber who is opt-ed in to our email notifications.
Truvani customers have the power to manage their subscriptions 24/7 in the customer portal. You can get to the customer portal by clicking: https://truvani.com/subscription and entering in the email associated with your order(s). You'll receive a code and then you can access your account.
If you have trouble accessing your account, you can email our customer service team at [email protected] and we will help you manager your subscription.
Please note changes to an upcoming autoship order must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the order date.
