Is the container plastic or glass?

We are using a glass bottle because we don't want unnecessary chemicals tainting our ingredients. We want to preserve every single nutrient. Amber glass bottles provide excellent UV protection for the ingredients.. This is important because UV rays can sometimes damage the contents.
