What is the serving size? Is it taken all at once or spread out throughout the day?

The serving size is 3 tablets per day, taken all together with a meal. There are 90 tablets per bottle, for a 30 day supply. We dislike large tablets, and it’s one of the reasons why we made them small, and manageable instead of one big tablet.
